The Panama Amazon/ Panama Yellow-crowned/-headed Amazon, Amazona panamensis/ Amazona ochrocephala panamensis, above, is sometimes included as a Yellow-crowned subspecies and sometimes treated as a full separate species. It is native to Panama through to northwest Colombia and has a horn-coloured beak with dark tips.
