Spot-billed Pelican Pelecanus philippensis
The Spot-billed Pelican has a row of black spots on its upper bill as well as a generally spotty lower bill and plumage.
It also has a grubby face and red-bordered eyes.
The Spot-billed Pelican lives in South and Southeast Asia.
