Blue-tailed Imperial Pigeon Ducula concinna

The Blue-tailed or Elegant Imperial Pigeon is native to several small Pacific islands around Indonesia's Lesser Sunda region and off New Guinea. Like other imperial pigeons, it is an important disperser of seeds. It looks similar to several other large imperial pigeons in the Pacific region with pale grey plumage, green-bronze wings and a russet undertail but has a dark bluish upper tail.
