Jorai Glass Barb/Danio Danionella priapus

The Jorai Glass "Barb" is a tiny Danio, in the same genus as the similar-looking Dracula "Minnow". It is endemic to calm, slow-moving, clear water of the Jorai River, West Bengal, India. A schooling fish, it is transparent, looks like a larval fry and is one of the smallest fish and vertebrates in the world growing to only 10-15mm long.
