Blue-naped/Blue-crowned Parrot Tanygnathus lucionensis

The Blue-naped Parrot has more blue on the crown than the nape and is sometimes called the Blue-crowned Green Parrot leading to confusion with the Blue-crowned Hanging Parrot and Blue-crowned Conure/Parakeet. It is native to the Philippines and is also sometimes called the Luzon Parrot although it occurs on other islands as well as Luzon.

Unlike its larger cousin, the Blue-backed Parrot (link below), Blue-naped males and females both have red bills.
