The Common Squirrel Monkey lives in the canopy of tropical forests in South America.
It has a grey rather than black
head, with grey muzzle, but the same bare eye mask, white ear-tufts, ginger (less yellow) and grey fur, yellow/ginger
lower arms and feet as its Black-capped cousin together with a long tail for balance and warmth.
They live in large groups in the trees. The mother cares for the young without assistance from the father.
