Greater Hog Badger Arctonyx collaris

The Greater Hog Badger is native to Southeast Asia from northwestern India, mainland southeast Asia/Indochina. It resembles a large European Badger, reaching up to a metre length (snout to rump) with a piglike snout.

Omnivorous and active both day and night, populations are vulnerable mainly through habitat loss and poaching.
