Waxy Lacewing Coniopteryx sp./ Conwentzia sp.

Waxy Lacewings, also called Dustywing Lacewings, are tiny white lacewings that look more like Whitefly bugs, especially with the powdery white "fleecy" coating they have.

Like other lacewings, they (especially larvae) are predators of garden pests such as scale bugs and mites.

This one has lost most of its flockiness (fleece).
