Golden-bloomed Grey Longhorn Beetle Agapanthia villosoviridescens
The Golden-bloomed Grey Longhorn Beetle is native to much of Europe through to Central Asia.
Often found on umbelliferous plants, they have a wide range of host plants that the female burrows into to lay eggs in the stem.
They are some 10-20mm long. UK flight time is late April to early September.
This one has lost its gold bloom and also half an antenna.
