This one looks like a unicorn dragonfly.
The Giant Forest Skimmer, also called Sultan Dragonfly, is native to tropical forests from northern India through
Southeast Asia to New Guinea. Looking similar to some Neurothermis dragonfly species of the region, the red portion on the wings
ends well back of the stigmata, leaving a third of the wing transparent. Males are red and females yellowish. Body length is over 50mm
compared to some 30mm of Neurothermis fluctuans and wingspan is 45-47mm.
