African Striped Darter/Ground Tetra Nannocharax fasciatus

The African Striped Darter, also called the African Ground Tetra, looks very like the darter characins of South America but is native to West Africa from Senegal to Cameroon, including Lake Chad basin. It is often seen resting on the waterway bed and reaches 7cm long.
