Harlequin Rasbora Trigonostigma heteromorpha

The Harlequin Rasbora is native to streams and swamps of Malaysia, Singapore and parts of Sumatra, Indonesia and southern Thailand. It is increasing threatened by habitat degradation.

The body is mainly red with a distinctive black triangle on each flank. The fish grows to some 5cm long.
