Parkinson's Rainbowfish Melanotaenia parkinsoni

Parkinson's Rainbowfish is native to shallow lakes and streams of southeastern Papua New Guinea.

Males are more colourful than females, having bright, firey orange on their fins and back half of their body. Juveniles are plain with a bluish tinge and rosy gills.

Adults grow typically to 12cm long and a maximum of 15cm.
