Galaxy Loach Mesonoemacheilus/(Nemacheilus) guentheri

The Galaxy Loach is native to gravel of clear, flowing headwater streams and small, clear, well-oxygenated rivers of the Nigri Hills of the Western Ghats on the west coast of India. It can grow to 6cm long. The images above centre and right include the loach with Malabar Danio.
