The Bermuda Killifish was previously common in freshwater and brackish water ponds and marshes in Bermuda but, following
extensive habitat loss through drainage and constuction, it is now confined to just 7 ponds and vulnerable to pollution, introduced competitiors,
and introduced predators.
The male is greenish with speckles and darker than the light grey female. They grow to typically to some 6cm long,
but can be longer.
