The Humphead Glassfish, also called Humphead Perchlet, is one of a genus of Asian glassfish or perchlets.
It is native to fast-flowing streams, rivers and rapids in the Kasat/Ataran River system in Thailand and Myanmar.
Like other glassfish, it is semi-transparent. As its name indicates, it has a bizarre hump, not actually on its head
but over its neck (in front of the dorsal fin). It grows to 8cm long.
