The Snakeskin Barb, also called the Rhomboid, Rhombo and Rounded Tiger Barb, is endemic to peat swamps and
murky water of Borneo. Their dark green-black patches provide camouflage.
Their markings also provide their common names of Rhomboid/Rhombo and Snakeskin. They grow to 9cm long.
Like other barbs, they are a schooling species and are egg-scattering spawners.
