The Striated Surgeonfish, also called the Orange-stripe(d) Tang or Striped Bristletooth, is native to reefs of the Indo-Pacific Oceans. It has orange stripes on a grey-green or grey-brown body with orange spots on the face and reaches 26 cm long. Like other Ctenochaetus species, it has bristle-like teeth to scrape algae and small invertebrates from rocks.
