White Stork Nests Ciconia ciconia

The White Stork builds large nests high in trees or on buildings. It often uses the same site in subsequent years, building a new nest on top of one or more old nests.

White Storks are said in various mythologies to bring good luck/fertility (to those whose houses they build their large untidy nests on).
