The rare Andean Flamingo lives high in the Andes of southern Peru, Bolivia, northern Chile and NW Argentina. It has black covering over half of its white/cream bill and has light yellow legs. It is larger than the related James'.

James' Flamingo, also called the Puna Flamingo, lives high in the Andes of southern Peru, Bolivia, northern Chile and NW Argentina. It was thought to be recently extinct but a population was rediscovered. The smallest of Flamingo species, it has black covering a third of its bright yellow bill, has dark red skin between bill and eyes and has pink/red legs.
