The Blue-eyed Cockatoo is a large white cockatoo native to Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
As its name indicates, it has thick pale blue eye-rings (but brown not blue irises). Its beak is dark grey/black like the Umbrella Cockatoo.
It has a pale yellow underside to its crest but the crest is a more rounded down shape than the Sulphur-crested types and, unlike them,
it shows an all-white head when the crest is down.
