Orange-chinned/Tovi Parakeet Brotogeris jugularis

As expected, the Orange-chinned Parakeet has an orange "chin" (a small bright patch below the beak); it also has a light orangey-brown patch on its wing. It is also called the Tovi Parakeet and comes from Central America and northern South America.
