Germains Peacock-pheasant is native to Indochina. Like other Peacock-pheasants, males have "eyed" plumage and raise/spread their tails like peacocks.

The male, above left/centre, has a greyish head and bright, shiny, blue "ocelli". The female, above right, is similar but has less bright plumage and fewer, much duller "ocelli".
