Tufted Duck Aythya fuligula
The Tufted Duck is native to most of northern Eurasia.

His black head has a green or purple sheen depending on the angle and light. His eyes are yellow.

The Tufted Duck breeds in parts of temperate Eurasia. It is resident in parts of its range,
