Black-winged Starling Acridotheres (prev. Sturnus) melanopterus

The Black-winged Starling or Mynah, also called the White-breasted Starling, is native to Indonesia. There are three subspecies. Male and female have similar black and white plumage and yellow, bald eye-patches. Like many southeast Asian songbirds, it's population suffers from capture for bird markets and singing competitions.
