Blue-capped Redstart Phoenicurus caeruleocephalus

The Blue-capped Redstart is native to Himalayan regions including southern Central Asia and northern parts of the Indian sub-continent.

The photos shown are of a male. The female looks completely different, with mid brown plumage instead of black, less wing bar and no blue-grey cap.
