Lepthyphantes minutus

The Lepthyphantes minutus spider is native to much of northwest and central Europe including the UK. It inhabits trees, bushes, leaf litter and sometimes houses, especially to overwinter.

About 3-4mm long, it is dark brown with annulated legs and whitish markings on its abdomen. It builds small sheet webs to catch prey.
