The Fleecy Jumping Spider, also called just Fleecy Jumper, is usually found in houses or on sunny outside walls.
It has expanded its range from southwest Europe to the UK and Eastern Europe in the last century.
It has a pattern of lighter "fleece" on its back. Females grow to 5mm long and males to 3-4mm.
Like all jumping spiders, they have good vision; they don't trap prey in webs but stalk then ambush it.
