Leopard Snake Zamenis situla

The Leopard Snake, also called the European Rat Snake (or Ratsnake), is native to south-eastern Europe and south-western Asia. It is non-venomous and has black-bordered patches of reddish brown on a pale brown-grey background. They can reach a length of around a metre.
