Baron's Racer is a mildly-venomous colubrid snake native to Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia.
It is usually green on the topside, but can be blue-green or olive-brown, and pale on the underside. Some have black
longitudinal lines along the back and sides from the head for a part of their length. They have a longish, upturned
nose (not as long as the Vietnamese Longnosed).
It is arboreal and active in the day, hunting lizards, tree-frogs and mice. It can grow to nearly 6 feet (1.8 metres).
