Asian Giant Toad Phrynoidis asper

The Asian Giant Toad is native to Malaysia and neighbouring mainland Southeast Asia and to Indonesia's Greater Sunda Islands. A large toad reaching some 15cm (snout-to-vent), it is similar to its larger relative, the Giant River Toad (to 22cm), of Borneo and Sumatra.

Its warts, over much of the body, secrete a heart-stopping toxin.
