Wallace's Flying Frog, a tree frog, doesn't actually fly but glides by spreading the webbing between its toes.
Named after biologist Alfred Wallace, it is native to rainforests of Malaysia, Thailand, Sumatra and Borneo. It is 8-10cm long.
Like other Rhacophorus "flying" frogs, eggs are laid in foam, a secretion whipped up with the hind legs,
on branches overhanging water so that tadpoles drop into water when hatching.
