Perez's Frog is called the common frog in its native Spain and is also present in Portugal and Southern France.
It has been introduced to the Canary Islands (together with the Mediterranean Tree Frog - there are no native amphibians),
to Madeira and, reportedly, to a couple of isolated locations in southern UK (Kent and Surrey).
It is a variable frog and looks a little similar to the related Marsh Frog.
