Borneo Eared Frog Polypedates otilophus

The Borneo Eared Frog is native only to the island of Borneo. (A previous subspecies on Indonesia's Java and Sumatra was split out to a full separate species in 2014.)

It is named after the bony ridges behind its eye which resemble ears (but are not its ears, although they may give some protection to the ears directly below).
