The Splendid Japalure, also called the Green-striped Tree Dragon, is an arboreal agamid lizard native to
the Yangtze River Basin in southwest China. It was moved from the genus Japalure with several other species but still
retains that as its common name. The male has two parallel lime green stripes along the back (over-exposed to nearly white in the above photos)
and the female (above right) is much darker green.
