Common House Gecko Hemidactylus frenatus

The Common House Gecko, also called the Spiny-tailed Gecko, is native to Southeast Asia but has been introduced to tropical regions around the world.

It is often welcomed in and around houses as it eats a variety of insects and spiders. Like other geckos, it is harmless to humans.
