Common Grass Moth (New Zealand) Orocrambus flexuosellus

Grass-veneer moths are "rolled-up" moths with long snouts that, although night-flying, are easily disturbed from their grass habitat during the day.
Orocrambus flexuosellus is found in grasslands on all three main islands of New Zealand where it is known as the Common Grass Moth.
Flight time Nov-Feb. Wingspan 19-26mm.
