Yellow-barred Brindle Acasis viretata

The Yellow-barred Brindle moth is native to temperate Eurasia and North America. Thanks to Martin Starnes for a fresh, green individual; the common name refers to the more yellowy colour as the green quickly fades. Wingspan 25-29 mm; UK flight time May-Sep (May-Jun in north and double-brooded in south May-Jun and Aug-Sep).
