Rabbit (wild) Oryctolagus cuniculus
The European wild Rabbit is native to most of western Europe (originally only to south-western Europe and introduced elsewhere).
It can be grey, brown and variations on these including, unusually, near/fully black or partially/fully white.
Male Rabbits are called bucks and females are called does; young are called kits (or kittens). They live in burrows underground in an extensive social structure.

The long ears and white under-tail are distinguishing features.
The three above are not UK rabbits; they are wild on the island of Tenerife, but are the same species of European Rabbit as those in the UK further above.
