The Barbary Sheep is native to mountains of North Africa. It has been introduced to other countries.
It is not a sheep but a wild mountain goat and very sure-footed on rocky hillsides. They run up steep cliffs and jump
wide crevices to evade predators (their main predators are human).
Both male and female have horns, but the male has much larger horns and much more chest mane than the female.
