There are several species of Titi Monkey which differ mainly in the colour (combinations of colour) of their fur.
The Red Titi, also called Coppery, has a copper-red tinge to its grey-brown fur.
Titi Monkeys come from the Amazon forests and the Red Titi is native to Brazil and Peru.
The Titi has a long, heavy tail for balance when jumping through trees. The tail is not prehensile.
They live in family groups.
