Buffalo Treehopper Stictocephala bisonia

The Buffalo Treehopper is a small, triangular tree hopper native to North America but now prevalent in parts of Europe, the one shown in Paris, France, and in North Africa and the Middle East. It is some 6-8mm long. Named after its "bufalo horns", diet is tree sap.
