This bug, some 8-10mm long, is thought to be Pantilius tunicatus, which is usually mainly green when freshly emerged and a combination of red and green with some black as it matures. Dark versions like this exist (with red cuneus or wing tip) but there are some aspects which look different (early appearance, uniform colour antennae, lack of small white markings on wing). It looks a little like a Capsodes species without their red scutellum.
