Most Ophiogomphus dragonflies (mainly in the USA) have common English names ending in "Snaketail"
(rarely "Gomphid" including in Europe). Above is a male
Ophiogomphus reductus for which I can't find an English name.
Its range includes the Indian subcontinent and Central Asia - these here being in south-eastern Kazakhstan.
Above is the female Ophiogomphus reductus with a less narrow body and less club-shaped tail
than the male (also in south-eastern Kazakhstan).
