Spiny lobsters, also called rock lobsters, don't have claws with pincers. The Pink Spiny Lobster is native to
deep water of the northeastern Atlantic Ocean continental shelf from Ireland to Senegal including the western Mediterranean.
As its name indicates, its body is mainly pink. Its long antennae are red and white banded.
The body can grow to 50cm long. It is a scavenger and also preys on smaller shellfish.
