The Gibbon Furrow Lobster, also called the Spiny Longhanded Lobster, hides in rock crevices in the day. It is (or subspecies
of it are) native to the Caribbean (also called the West Indian Furrow Lobster) and the southwestern Indian Ocean around Mauritius/Reunion.
It may also be resident off Hawaii. It has a red body which grows to 16cm long and it has long, red and white banded antennae.
