The Yellowline Arrow Crab, also called just the Arrow Crab, is native to coral reefs of the western Atlantic from
USA and Bermuda through the Caribbean to Brazil.
It is nocturnal and territorial. It has a red body with fine lines and an arrowlike, long pointed snout. The red legs
are spindly, sticklike. The body is some 3-6cm long and the legspan some 15-25cm. Often living with a protective, stinging sea anemone,
it eats coral invertebrates like bristle worm and feather duster worm.
