Green Coris Halichoeres chloropterus

This is thought to be the Green Coris, also called Jade Wrasse, native to the western Pacific. Its colour varies with location. It can reach 17cm long and the fish above seems larger and bluer (with a more angular face), so may be another species of wrasse entirely.
