Caribbean Sand Tilefish Malacanthus plumieri

The Caribbean Sand Tilefish, sometimes called the Sand Blanquillo (as is the Blue Blanquillo) and just the Sand Tilefish (as are all 3 in its genus), is native to sandy areas near tropical coral reefs in the Western Atlantic, particularly in the Caribbean. They can vary the intensity of their colour and can grow to 50cm long.
