The Canary Rockfish, also called the Orange Rockfish, is native to the Pacific coast of North America from Alaska to California. As the name indicates, they are generally an orange colour. Like other rockfish, they are related to scorpionfish and have venomous spines. They can grow to some 75cm in length. Populations are threatened by overfishing.
